In 1978 Bill Menzel invented Rib Loc an quick and cheap way to repair pipes, right were they lie underground. Rib Loc is formed from an endless strip of PVC plastic. Ridges strengthen its surface and its edges lock together. it is wound into and along the old pipe, forming a smooth, liquid proof lining.
